Green Retrofitting — Govt. High School, Ghizer

This project involved the green retrofitting of Government High School Ghizer, Gilgit-Baltistan. The scope included energy-efficient insulation, roof and wall reinforcement, seismic strengthening, and replacement of timber structures. The work was carried out under Aga Khan Agency for Habitat’s program to enhance resilience in remote mountain communities.
