Advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) methods were employed to evaluate the structural health of the building. The testing results were used to develop a representative finite element model of FEM based software ETABS. Following performance-based evaluation techniques, the team proposed a sustainable retrofitting solution utilizing column jacketing in accordance with ASCE 41-17 provisions for seismic rehabilitation. The intervention enhanced the building’s resilience, improved safety, and extended the service life of the high-rise while minimizing structural disruption during implementation.
